First fanworks post here. Yesh. Ummm, anyway, for the sake of killing time mostly, I drew an oekaki version of that scene in the manga where Kazuma and Kimishima are all sitting on a cliff talking 'bout the LG and stuff... technically, I suppose it falls into the category of copy-art, which, though I dislike it, I will admit is useful for getting the feel of charaters I'm drawing for the first time. I should also point out that I've never drawn anything in the style of the Scryed manga before, because I much prefer the anime and/or my own style, but I... just...sort of... felt like it. So there Except the manga style is so unique that I can't even come close to emulating it. Oh well. I'll just shut up now and post the dang thing: w00t for bad perspective! XD I can't draw vehicles to save my life! Why does Kimi look like a caveman (albeit a stylish one) in the manga, by the way? XD EDIT: By the way, if anyone's interested in watching the animation from drawing this (one of those things I love about oekaki! ), you can find it HERE.

It looks awesome, and I love the colouring and shading! And yeah.. I guess he does look a lil caveman-ish, huh? O.o Weird.. I suck at any type of vehicle as well, so you're not alone there! *hugs*

Thanks! Yeah, it's one of the reasons I like the anime better (well, that, and the fact that the manga's nearly pornographic at some points...). All the guys are hotter in the anime XD XD Mechanical things are tough, aren't they? So many little angles and bits and pieces and straight lines. ^^' I much prefer drawing trees. *hugs back* Alters, though, they're almost as bad as cars. A little more rounded and organic-ey, but most are still all mechanical-ey. I've been trying to doodle the Shell Bullet as of late... absolute nightmare... o.0' . XD by the way, I totally just realized the the little front edges of his jacket should be blue, not silver... oops... Guess that's what I get for using a black-and-white reference. ^^'
